ABOUT
Shani Burshtein
GenAI Transformation Expert
20 years in marketing, branding and strategy. Lecturer at Reichman University and founder of a 20,000-member AI community. For the past few years I do one thing: help organizations turn GenAI from a promising tool into the way their teams actually work.
I've worked with dozens of companies and teams: high-tech, government agencies, low-tech companies and organizations, colleges and universities, advertising agencies, and more. Adoption without structure doesn't stick. That's the gap I close.

What makes my work different.
A lot of people can explain AI. Fewer can help organizations actually work differently because of it.
My work sits at the intersection of technology, business, people, and execution. I don't stop at inspiration or theory. I help organizations build the skills, workflows, and working models that make adoption stick.
Where I've worked.
GenAI adoption isn't a function problem. It's an organization problem. Which is why I work with marketing, leadership, L&D, and HR, sometimes all four at once.
I teach at Reichman University and other leading institutions. I run programs for senior marketing leaders and executives. And I run aicommunityhub, a professional Hebrew-language AI community with 20,000+ members.

What I believe.
Most organizations use AI around their work. The ones I work with use it inside their work. That's the difference.
A pilot that impresses for two weeks is not a transformation. I work with organizations until the change shows up in how teams actually operate.

Let's talk about where GenAI can create real value in your organization, and what adoption would actually look like in practice.
